the food was great and the room was very nice
the pool house was very dirty with cigerate butts lying around and the celing in great need oh repair

only 3 lights worked, the blowdryer wouldn't work even after checking the GFI and reset buttons on the both the GFI and dryer. The room next to ours had a dog who made itself known often. No rest what so ever

My first impression was too cancel my reservations and go else where the hotel looked like a dump. The facilities is dated. the main lobby is uninviting.

While the day clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful, the night clerk was either untrained or unhelpful. Don't know which.

Was clean , and staff was nice.
If anything you need to update the heater/cooler units they are horrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone based on that alone... No sleep all night! :( :(

The room was clean and the beds were great. Some of the common area is frayed but the rooms themselves were fine.
Eggs were rubbery at the breakfast bar but the waffles were good. Heating was loud.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Placed me in a bigger room when the room I had reserved earlier that day had been already reserved (this is a problem with internet booking sites; sometimes their information isn't always accurate if you are trying to book a room on the same day).

Location was excellent, easy to find. The continental breakfast was very good, had a good night sleep.
The room required a maid to come back & finish cleaning it. The staff & maids were very willing to make the room "right". I didn't like the pool being outside...it was enclosed, but no heat system, was chilly

I did not like finding hair in the bed, along with stains, and what looked like a bug. I did not like the staff's defensive response to my finding the above. I did not like all the handwritten signs that stressed ONLY One Cookie per person, or NO removing food from the dining area. Not very inviting. I did not like the fact that when we informed the front desk person that my husband was dis-abled and inquired about a first floor room, we were told that because I had not included that information in my booking notes there were no first floor rooms available. Then, when we brought attention to the poor conditions of our room, we first were told that they would give us a refund and we could go elsewhere, because there was no staff to clean the room. When I replied,"Is that your response to a Dis-abled American Veteran?" That's when all of a sudden there was a CLEAN, 1st Floor room available. This isn't even the whole of our poor experience : (
